Question

stock suspension spring rate

just wondering wat the spring rate is on the stock suspension.. planning on getting my fit lowered but since i keep quite a bit of stuff (and ppl at times) in the car i cant afford to have it scraping when going over speedbumps and lots.

According to Joey at Progress, the stock rates are 120 front and 150 rear.
