ken, thank you so much! i hate when i ask questions that are paragraphs long and i get these small ass, two-sentence answers. you are my kind of poster!

i assume that teins philosophy would extend to all their products then, even if the basics are less hardcore than their other setups.

its not so much the stiffness, as my wife has her own car too, but i have pretty stringent requirements as well. its the potential noise that i want to avoid. i just noticed that the spring rates on the teins were higher in back then on front, and i didn't want the enduratechs to give a false sense of handling on a daily basis and then end up crapping out when i push it.

but since thats NOT The case, i think i am that much closer to getting where i want suspension wise.

the wheels i'm looking at running are 45 offset, and they are more for looks, as they are not light (oem honda wheels) and the lowest i'd run would be 42. (16's btw).

my car is auto, so tracking it would be for kicks every once in a LONG WHILE, so i wont be bothering with a sway, but thanks for the tip!

again, appreciate all your help!

eldaino- np!

im not sure wat TEIN's philosophy is for springs... cause on the G35C
application, they are using 274lbs/in which is SUPER SOFT for a
3500lbs RWD car... and the fronts are 358lbs/in. WTH...

as far as noise, the ET's have no noise.

Anyone know what these would be like if you replaced the springs w/ some Skunk2's or Progress? Not that I want to, j/w.

BTW ET, I am very interested in these and am currently counting my pennies to save for them.

I wanted to give a small update. I have been running my ETs for 3 months and 5,000 miles now. At first i was very sceptical of the spring rate but now I know better. The ability for these coils to take dips and pot holes mid corner without becoming unsettled is truely amazing. I can hold almost any line.

One small note, I am running 16x7 +42 offset wheels and I had to do some serious trimming and light rolling front and rear. I'm missing half of my front fender liners and the bolts that connect my rear bumper to the quarter panels (its now zip-tied). I am running as low as possible in the rear and am level in the front. I'm assuming because of the lower spring rate these things have a lot of travel. I would encourage ET to release some slightly stiffer springs but am satisfied either way.
