Who will be in for custom swift spring? (not Coil-over)

Hi!

I'm take contact with swift spring to have custom spring for the fit. Direct bolt on lowering spring, it will be possible to put aftermarket strut like t1r, spoon, mugen etc. I think it will be a good way to have a good drop and a good spring rate.

I know they have a lowering spring, but i dont like the spring rate and the drop.

So there's the spec i've think:

front: 1.5 drop / 190
rear: 1.5 drop / 350

If you have another suggestion, comments, feel free to reply.

To have it, i need 9 other person who want it.

Thanks a lot

Carl

well, you're my inspiration Mike and you have experience.
I think you have the perfect Fit too at my eyes, All go, No show, exactly the way i think and i want to do.
But im not really familliar with the Fit, i've only own 5 89 to 91 civic/crx, 4 of those was for the track, i've crash the crx at 17 years old

hope you're not mad at where i've pick my source for the spec.

lol Nah thanks, they say "imitation is the highest form of flattery" right? Its cool.

One thing to keep in mind, remember with the mugen's they have shortened damper shafts and they raised the front perch. So you will need a 2.0inch "drop" to get the look of an actual 1.5inch drop in the end. Not sure about spoon, T1R is the same as the usdm stock so 1.5 all around would be fine with them.

Whats the cost to get these made?

thats actually pretty cool they show the dyno specs

i was referring to the actually spring perch height, but your right because its not sold as a "kit" like the mugen damper set is, that the perch is the same

I found this today:

Fit GD suspension

Fit GD Sports Suspension Kit
Parts# SSK-F1-K (late model) SSK-F1-M (early model)
Price $893.00
Based on the enormous amount of feedback from actual racing and street driving, J’s Racing has developed a stock dumper type suspension kit. The setting targets both street-driving to “spirited” performance driving. The kit is recommended for the customers who 1) would like to reduce the height of your car for a “sports car” look, 2) would like to have a reasonably priced stock type suspension, 3) would like to have increased cornering ability with less body roll 4) would also like to maintain a comfortable ride for the family.
Spec
Height reduction Front -30mm, Rear -25mm
Spring rate Front 2.8kg/mm, Rear 4.8kg/mm For North American models, JDM Honda stock stabilizer link ($33.00 x2) is required for the installment due to the geometry difference
