Questions on Tokico HP (blue) Shocks

alot of people say that the Tokico shocks are like oem shock and if so do i have to cut the rubber bump stop when i put my progress springs on.

thanks

theyre not an exact OEM replacement, theyre a bit stiffer... and in lowering your car cutting bump stops is a must..

The only ones that I now of that you don't need to cut are the Showa Dampers/struts as they come with ones that are already made for lowering springs.
