? For GE8 Cusco FSB owners

Hey Everyone,

I just installed my Cusco front strut tower bar for the GE8. I love it and it has made a somewhat noticable difference in turn in at higher speeds (i.e. freeway on-ramps) but I have a couple issues. First off the bar sits far too close to the upper cowl and as a result the one of the clips on the cowl had to be trimmed off. Another issues is the bracket (underneath the cowl) that attatches to the center mount on the bar is slightly too long and as a result pushes the cowl out a hair and makes it so it doesn't align as well as without it. How did you guys deal with these issues? I messed with fitment for about an hour trying to get it to work to no avail. I am considering trimming 1/8" to a 1/4" off the middle bracket to solve some of the fitment issues. I will also be ordering a new cowl since I weaked some of the lower clips by being a dumb ass and not paying attention when I was reinstalling it. If you can give me any ideas it would be appreciated.
