Ok folks,
FINALLY put my bar on and WOW! The rear end is nice and tight; much less travel all around. Still some understeer but much more balanced. No more travel from the rear end when going over bumps while cornering which is very nice.
Overall SUPERB job Progress!!!!
Thanks to those who posted install instructions and pics. I have never removed springs before and the install was painless.

forgot to mention this bar actually has reduced squat on accelleration and wheel hop(still there but not as much when cornering and accellerating). When my new mounts come it will be gone for good.

One question. I received mine last week... but I have been lazy!! So could you cut away the spring seat that is in the way of the 3rd hole or does it sit under the spring itself? I ask because I have the T1R springs and it has been suggested on this site that you do away with the spring seats all together. Maybe get some spring silencers and kill 2 birds with one stone!!!

It tooks me about 45 minutes to install the bar by myself. The only things that made it take so long are in the tips below.
Bring the bar in from the driver side to the passenger side/exhaust. I couldnt get it through coming in from the exhaust side.
Put both of the springs back into their position before putting the bolt back into either of the bottom of the shocks. This will make it very easy to put the springs into the seat and also align the nipple on the bottom rubber seat of the spring.
If I remember right I only used a 15mm to get the shock bolt out, 16mm for the screw from progress, and 17mm socket for the nut from progress. Someone please correct me if I am wrong.
I'll have driving impressions tomorrow.

If this thing does the same thing the ITR 22mm bar did for my old Integra I'll be a happy camper.

Alright, first I want to say this is my first time buying anything made by Progress and I am impressed. The fitment was excellent. The only thing that I noticed was the springs are sitting on part of the bolt heads (two of them). I am not sure how this affects performance or spring installation, but its too late to turn back now especially after the driving impression.
I already have the Eibach Pro-Kit springs installed and after I put on the Progress rear swaybar the car feels like the rear suspension has stiffened up. I am talking about going straight and not even turning. I don't know if I am imagining this, but it feels like I had some adjustable shocks and I turned them a notch to be stiffer.
In comparison with the 22mm ITR rear swaybar on my old Integra, I want to say that the 22mm diameter Progress rear swaybar on the Fit seems to outperform it on turns. My Integra had Koni Yellows and Neuspeed Sports springs and Neuspeed front strut bar on top of the 22mm ITR rear swaybar.
Money well spent on my DD. *two thumbs up* for Progress Auto for quality product, performance, and price!

Does anyone have the sway bar installed with both front and rear strut tower bars. How does it handle with those bars included?
