Tanabe Sustec Pro NF Coilover

just install it on my GD3, any suggestion the best setting for daily use? when i asked the tuner who installed it, he ask me back. "how low do u want to go? it depends.."

hmm, not much for an answer.

any help will be appreciated

my current setting:

this is the lowest setting.
