nice decent coilover kit

wondering what is a decent coilover kit to get for a 08' fit.

it's just gonna be for daily driving btw, not for auto x'ing or anything.

maybe a few local mountain runs but not running too hard.

i was looking at the megan street coilovers, are these good?

thanks,
mike

EnduraTech. there's more coming in end of this week. that's
wat i use on my daily driver. this coilover was setup for daily drivers so
you can imaging how smooth it rides.

check the enduratech thread.

I had to modify the front perch holes, but the new ones should work w/ no modification. My new perches are in, but I haven't had time to pick them up yet.

no modification needed on the EnduraTechs. it's a straight bolt-on.

ok nm.

turns out that i'll be getting coils later.

so let's say i'm gonna run tanabe springs right.... with stock struts and shocks.

not big of a drop right.??

what if i cut one ring on each spring...

will my shocks and struts give in and like break??

even though i drive carefully?

just a curious question.

^^but yeah thanks i'll be checking out those coils later to buy but for now...

just get the S-Techs if you want a huge drop.

and no, dont cut your springs cause it will increase the spring rate
(well, you loose the progressive) and won't seat correctly into the spring mounts.

vafitfreak will become famous soon enough
if you want a good coilover for a good price talk to tuan @ aspec about the kbee coilovers i installed mine last night and wow!!! i have more grip with yokohama es100 tires than i did previously with tanabe df210's and falken azenis rt-615's. also the car feels soooo much more stable and turn in is amazing.
