Do you know any that increase ride height that work on a Fit? For instance Tein Basic (apparently the only shock Tein makes for the Fit) is not listed as adjustable, and reduces the height by 46mm front and 31mm rear.
I don't want comfort. But I don't want the car to break on a rut or pothole either. Tein Gravel would be ideal, if it increased lift.
amr engineering makes sick custom coilovers for the Fit and an extremely decent price. What I want to know is what other suspension mods do you need first, when it comes to dumping my Fit on coilovers....
Progress Springs
Honda Fit 2006-2007
Sport Springs# 40.1060 Fr 1.5" Rr 1.3" approx. Lowering Spring Rates TBA
.
damn your car looks sweet! so that's all you've done to the suspension?? the progress springs? if so i'm ordering those TODAY... LOL, haven't even had my Fit for more than 24hrs yet and I'm already modding the lil' bitch
im starting to get convinced that usdm stock shocks are shorter than jdm stock shocks?
looking at the pic above, its a great drop. but there's no way 1.5" fr 1.3" rear could give such a drop on jdm fits.
i've also seen pics of usdm fit wth Spoon progressive springs, its way lower comparing to jdm fits with same springs.
thats probably because of all the extra weight.you have to remember that the usdm fits have longer front and rear bumpers plus all of the airbags which i belive jdm fit dont have

Too many mods to list in the space provided here but featuring:
Spoon, Konig, Toyo, Rays, ASpec, T1R, LastStation, DC Sports, JDM, Mugen, Progress, Mythelogy, Tanabe, Braille, Zeta
What I want to know is, what do you have to do to get the cusco coilovers to go on the usdm fit. I also want some actual review on the tein basic coilovers and what other coilovers are out there....no one is really putting it out.

I'm sure this is going to have me about as popular as a mullet wearing redneck in a Gucci store, but does anyone know if the Tein, Swift, Spoon, etc. make a stock height or, say, 1" lift spring/coilover kit? I'm interested in some light rallying and have noticed that stock is seems fairly adequate, but the shocks and springs need a boost. I've seen where the springs/coilovers cater for the lowering crowd and just wondered if anyone knew of a kit, setup or tweak that could solve my problem? Perhaps something as simple as a 1" aluminum plate/ring at the base of the Swift springs or similar?
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks folks.

this is just a shot in the dark, but anyone with skunk2s, did your springs come sealed in the box? or with directions? i got both their ss kit and springs and the ss kit was sealed by the product info label and had directions inside. the springs, on the other hand, didn't have either. since i've never installed any kinda springs before and i'm getting ready to put these on myself this week, i just want to make sure i don't phuket up somehow. so what i was wondering is (sorry for the lengthy intro.) which ones go where (front/back) and which way is up (or down)? or is it stupidly simple to figure out once i get in there and do it? any info would be greatly appreciated, please, thansk!
