That is completely subjective depending on the person. I have not tried the competition so I can not give you a profound analysis of the variations between the two. But as Radar stated, there are some people here that have postitive things to say about both brands. Sorry I couldn't be more informative.

looking at the spring rates im pretty sure the EnduraTechs are smoother
riding than the ProC's at its softest setting. softest setting on the Proc's
could mean underdamped/undulations and introduce other dis-connect
kind of feel. Im pretty sure they have their dampers setup so it goes
to both extremes giving the user maximum flexibility. It needs to be setup
within the working damp rate range for the springs so that the system
functions properly.

when you put that into perspective, the EnduraTechs will be softer riding.

how much weight (load) you run can also affects driving comfort.
with the enduratechs it can be just you in the car and it drives comfy.

i am trying to look for some springs that have a smooth ride. my brother has tein s techs on his rsx and he hates them. i just need some springs then i will save for coilovers

i think tiffany's happy with her swift springs. it's very mild drop though.

You misunderstand the use of springs. Springs are used to 'soak' up the bumps and dips that your Fit encounters. Whatever weight that corner (one spring per corner) carries the spring has to hold it up and allow enough height change to be comfortable and competent. If you shorten the springs travel - as happens when the car is dropped - the spring will and must become stiffer and thus a lot harder riding. Sometimes you can get away with using thinner wire and more coils but most often there isn't room because more coils take up more of the travel height. You cannot use softer springs because the chassis would just compress further down on the shocks and you lose not only suspension travel but are likely to knock the bottom out of your shocks.
The more you drop, the stiffer the springs, the harder the ride.
Coil-overs do nothing but offer adjustable ride height for hopefully springs that should match stock unless you drop considerably also. But choosing coil overs with the softest spring rate acceptable to the offerors would be what you are looking for and that being the case order a drop kit in the 1/2" to 1" drop range. Those springs should be similar to springs on coil-overs that have free spring lengths close to those of stock springs. The free length is the length uninstalled, free to extend to full uncompressed or stretched lengths. (front may be different from rear because they hold up different weights).

Personally, I think you ought to wait til you get 'soft' coil-overs. You won't get big drops but you will get close to stock ride. Shorter springs to have lower ride height will always ride stiffer than stock.
