lowered and rubbing...what to do

i have 15x7 offset 42 mm wheels with 195/55/15 tires on them...i put on some eibach springs and now with car loaded down with wife and son in it and soemtimes luggage or so when i go over dips or bumps in road now and then i get a rub in rear and fouind out the rubbin is from the tire hitting the plastic that the screw goes thru for the bumper to the rear fender and is wearing , scratching eating away on the tire...what solutions do i have on this...?? air shocks from the diy monroe rear air shocks?
can i smooth somehting down .i like the lowered springs ride and look but dont want to replace them...so what do i do

its not gonna hurt anything. live with it or else take the screw out, trin the plastic back a tad, and fasten it back with a zip tie. and try searching next time too. been covered a million times.

ok i looked at it again and yeah i searched the forum thank you..
geesh...
and what i did was load down the back til the rub was issue and it seems that the fender lip on all the wheel well is the real issue cuz when i go over bump fast or dip then prob will be ithe tire will hit lip first before the clips for the bumper to body ...
prob is i just bought the tires like 3 mths ago....i dont want to waste these i am sure shorter tires such as 195/50 would might fix prob but i dont want to buy new tires already
cmack yeah it is an issue and will hurt my tires when i look at the tires and see ring around the tires where something is rubbin into the tires..

I have 15x7 +41mm offset wheels.. I rubbed in the front, but never in the rear. I fixed the front rubbing problem by using a little elbow grease to do a slight fender roll...

I think the reason why I don't rub in the rear is because I am lowered on Tein S-techs.. the rear spring rate is much higher than the eibachs.. I have a hitch on my Fit, a bike rack that weighs 60lbs, + 2 x 35lb bikes, + full load in the back for camping and I never rubbed in the rear.
