17x7's with +45 offset with 205/40/17's what springs to get?

I think I finally decided to go with a 17x7 wheel with a +45 offset running 205/40's. Can you guys recommend springs that should not cause me any rubbing grief. I am willing to do the fender trick, but am not willing to roll the lips of the wheel wells (with my luck I'd mess up the already horrible honda paint) So what could get away with. I don't need the lowest drop, just something to get rid of some of the space between the tire and wheel well. Also want better cornering, as I love the twisties.

Well ended up getting the Skunk2's today. Got them for a great price. Now just need to find somebody to install them. I don't want to mess around with the install myself.
