upgrade motoring has the endless pads listed here:

Endless Brake Pads for Honda from Upgrade Motoring

they are part number EP288 not EP280 according to them. Anyone know the difference between the types of pads they offer: Vita Nuova, SS-Y sport, SS-S sport, SS-M sport???

actually the HPS are the Street pad. HP+ are the more aggressive track/auto-x pads (not for use on stock/OEM rotors)

i have HPS with brembo full face rotors on my civic.....very very good braking power and no fade.

So what other car brake pads can be used in the Jazz calipers?

I'm specifically asking about the EDM calipers. EDM is pretty much JDM without all the fancy bits.

I'm wondering whether the USDM and the JDM ones are the same size.

It would be nice if they were but i dont think so. I tried to order the mugen ones and they will not fit. Mugen has a stainless brake line kit that is supposed to fit but until they make pads and rotors i am not buying them.

For rotors, you can pick from 02-03 civic si rotors. they are the same size. unless you want larger rotors. then im not sure if they have a kit to relocate the calipers.

Do you have them on your Fit. Kind of ridiculous that we have to get rotors from a civic and pads from a rsx don't ya think. I'll wait until they are all out for the Fit and then buy everything at once.

i dont have them on the car yet, but i picked up the parts. i picked up autozone duralast blank rotors for the 02-03 si (only 45 bucks) and they look like they are the right size. when i get my ss lines and hawk hps pads i'll give an update about installation issues and how they perform. Jim@tirerack just called to tell me the ss lines are on special order and when its available he will ship them.

I have the sloted drilled rotors ( fit, civic si02-03 all the same ), hawk hps pads, ( a lot of civics, base rsx, and other hondas, all the same ), and the ss brake lines ( e-bay just $70 ) but ( for the front lines you have to buy a conector (2 ea Female / female $5.00 total @ pep boys ) to join the ss line with the hard one because the stock line joins the hard line in a scuared aluminum fitting bracket ( to fix it with the car ) and that one does not come out of the stock line.

Is not a big issue, but is better to have the line joint female / female fittings (2 ea) before you take out the factory lines and drain all the brake fluid.

IT HAPPENED TO ME, AND DON'T WANT IT TO HAPPEN TO YOU!!!!!!

So i went to order my EBC rotors and bads from Brake Rotors | Car Brakes | Ceramic Brakes | Disc Brakes | EBC Brakes and here is what i found out. Good thing i called first before i ordered online.

Spoke to sales and the pads listed for the Fit also matched the honda civic SI 2003 and the acura RSX base model 2003. Hooray! But the Rotors for both of those vehicles that were mentioned on this thread are 5x114 bolt pattern. NO WAY they will fit the Fit.

So the sales rep who was very helpful cross checked his part numbers and came up with a match. He said the reason they were not on their website was that EBC probably didn't have the cross reference list at that time. So what i wound up ordering is as follows:

Vehicle:
Honda Civic 1.6EX 93-95 (NO ABS)

Pads:
EBC Redstuff low-dust part number DP3891C.

Rotors:
GD850 (10.3" - 4x100 bolt pattern)

If you look at their website for the Fit they only have the DP2891 pads offered which are the greenstuff. I have them on my element both front and rear and they are great! Along with the slotted and dimpled rotors too.

I will update with pics after they are installed.

Peace.

The link didn't work but i found it anyway. Pretty nice but not going with drilled rotors. It cuts down the surface area and prone to cracking under hard driving.

Maybe others will be interested. Thanks for posting more options.
