I found this on ebay.

Anyone knows what does this thing do?

It's an extension that goes on the bottom of your original shift handle and it makes the amount of travel when shifting a lot shorter. They can be gotten off EBAY for about $40. And they work great a good mod for the price.

EDIT: just noticed you are out of the USA not sure what it will cost you but I got them from the USA ebay for $39.95

you remember what you put in to search for your short shifter ??? 40 buxs is good ....
