help for stock intake!!!

umm I'm putting my stock intake back on right now and I dont quite remember how it went. I believe I have all the pieces, but for the two bolts that mount the intake into place, is there supposed to be a vibration isolator under both of these bolts or just one? I only have one right now mustve lost the other one if its using two.

also if its using one, is it for the left bolt or the right bolt? thanks.

just mostly going back to stock on everything, still debating whether I should put my tiny stock exhaust back on.

It works good, looks great, but along with the more aggressive sound it is a little louder. Nothing too crazy, most of my noise come from my exhaust anyways. The exhaust kinda like reverberates through our big interior car.
