For the manual..how is it installed? Is it twisted or secured with a screw?

I got it and it's both, you twist it on then secure it with an allen wrench screw.

the shift knob has an internal thread pitch of m10x1.5, which is screwed on, then on the bottom, it has an opening where you can put an allen screw to hold it secure just incase

the spoon antennas are all out of stock, if you want one, i can order it from japan, let me know by the end of the week cause one of the guys is actually in japan right now and he can hand carry one back rather than having it sit on a container on a boat from japan which takes much longer
