New Tire Time. Yokohamas?
I posted a thread on these tires in the general forum. That was probably not the right way to go about this. Sorry.
Here's What I Need:
Replace the OEM Dunlops. I drive city and highway. Dry climate (though we may be getting a wet El Niņo this winter). Need Good (not Sport) traction and Very Good tread wear life. This will be an under-100 mph car.
Here's What I'm Looking At
Yokohama Avid Ascend (T-Speed Rated) Standard Touring All-Season Tire. $85.10 ea. To be mounted on OEM rims.
Here's My Price Range:
Must be under $100.
Thanks.

Here's the gas mileage for our '13 base FIT with the 5 speed auto . The RT43s' have been on since 10/11/14 . Better handling ( dry , wet , winter ) and less noise with very little hit to the F.E.. Kept at 34 > 36 p.s.i.. Click on this to view F.E. , . There's usually 2 passengers ( including driver ) for about 1/2 the total mileage . So , your gas mileage may be slighlty better if only 1 .

Thanks, guys.
I went with the Yokos. Had them installed this morning. All's good so far.
These are my first Yokohamas. Been running Michelins mostly. Looking forward to seeing how these work out.
