1: Note and draw out a diagram of how the drive belt is routed. Here's what my routing looked like.
2: Take off the 3 tabs to take the cover off. (it's not 100% off, it's just out of the way)
3: Loosen off the alternator hold-down bolt. The bottom one is REALLY difficult to get to so i left it tight. Now loosen the adjuster bolt. DO NOT REMOVE THE BOLT!! Make sure there's still some threads left.
4: Remove the drive belt from the car.
5: Spray some "Penetrating fluid" onto the crank bolt to help it off. I HIGHLY recommend using an air tool. It's REALLY tight!! It's a 19mm bolt
6: Note the location of the alignment key. DO NOT REMOVE or LOSE IT!!!
7: Remove the pulley. Here are some pics of the new VS the old. It's also got timing marks!!!
8: Install the new purple pulley
Now reverse the order in which you've done everything.
***BEFORE STARTING VEHICLE, MAKE SURE YOUR BELT IS ALIGNED PROPERLY. RUN CAR FOR A FEW SECONDS TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS OK***
FINISHED!!
Now, it's time for the (test drive)
Honestly, i didn't notice much. It seems to pick up quicker, but it could just be psychological. Either way, I'm happy with it. Theoretically, it works so good enough for me. (for now since it's only a daily driver)
O man you are going to be in for some fun, that stock pully is on there at close to 200 ft lbs, at least thats what it was on my Rsx, make sure you get the honda crank pully tool by powerbuilt, or you will be in a world of hell.

I am installing mine pretty quick, my gun has about 250lb so hopefully it is ok. Don't have that tool, going to try and have it in gear with somebody standing on the brake (engine off of course). My gun winds up a lot before it punches, the sudden impacts hopefully will mitigate the fact I don't have the crank tool. Also going to make sure the engine is nice and warm before I start.

It does it the AT's. Mine is AT. As for performance gains, i dont' really feel anything. All it's really going to do is make it so that there's less rotational weight, therefore, it's easier for the engine to make it's power and turn faster.
