Crash Test? Not so good

http://www.latimes.com/business/la-f...lines-business

well lets just say, its stupid. It doesnt do well against larger vehicles, really, no shit sherlock. In all seriousness, this country has way too many tanks on the road. IMO, although maybe not shared by most, high gas prices is precisely what this country needs. $3+ a gallon for more then 2 weeks, we are too spoiled and the reason why we consume so much is because soccer moms and dads must drive their kid to the grocery store in a 8mpg Hummer.

On a side note, this happened to me last time gas was above $3. I was filling up at a gas station and a woman was complaining about the price of gas while filling up her Suburban. I whole heartedly believe that you should be able to punch the person in the face for such a comment.

Haha, funny article...

After I started riding a motorcycle, I feel almost invincible when I get into a car with airbags and a steel/aluminum cage wrapped around me.

I also had a lotus which isnt so safe either at 1985lbs... was always afraid that a hummer might run me over because he didnt see me.

I've always figured that those who don't vote shouldn't be allowed to bitch about the government, and those who drive something that gets worse than 16mpg shouldn't be allowed to bitch about the price of gas.

As for punching them, maybeeee... Gas prices wouldn't be so high if we (as a society) didn't use so much of the damn stuff, so not only are they making it bad for themselves, but they are ACTUALLY DRIVING PRICES UP by driving demand up...

Grrrr.
