Any intrest in HID retro-fit headlights?

So i have a spair set of NHBP 08 FIT headlights laying around....and i know how to do a clean retro for the car. this is the perfect start of doing these as a side buisness. a few pictures of my work can be found here:
http://www.fitfreak.net/forums/fit-p...od-thread.html
i can take more if you request.

if intrested this is how it would work:
-you PM me with what you would like done.
-send FULL payment including labor, headlight deposit, and projector cost (if you choose to have me get the projectors)
-you have the option of buying the projectors and sending them to me, or you can have me source the projectors
- i install the projectors into the headlights, perfect aiming, and send them back to you. it will take me about 1 week to complete, not including shipping time.
-i send you the completed headlights back.
-you send me your unaltered OEM headlights within 10 days. must be damage free/ not missing any tabs/scratches/ etc...
- i refund your deposit if all goes as planned.

**please be aware that you will need to buy your own ballasts and D2s bulbs for the headlgihts to be reinstalled on your car** i do not get involved with this since its part of the actuall installation on your car. these can be found at many places, most common would be ebay. if you currently have a HID kit on your car, you can continue to use the ballasts but you must get D2s bulbs and AMP to D2S converter plug.

pricing would be as follows:
- $300 flat rate for labor. this includes taking the headlight apart, installing the projector, aiming the projectors to be level with the ground, custom shroud install, reseal the headlights with upgraded butyl sealant to ensure no fogging. return shipping of the headlights is included in this.
- $350 deposit for headlights OR send me the headlights you want me to work on. you must send me your OEM Fit unaltered headlights within 10 days.**no scratches or broken tabes** if you choose to not send me your OEM headlights after you receive your retrofit, i will keep the $350, otherwise i will send it back to you. this covers my ass to allow me to continue work on the next set. if you send me a set of damaged headlights, i will determine how much of the deposit you get back. make sure you package the healights good!!! i am not responsible for anything broken during shipping.
-cost of projectors. this is all up to you. since the Fit has 1 bulb for low/high beam i highly recommend you opt for bi-xenon projectors (such as FX, TL, Porsche). if you choose regular single xenon projectors (such as TSX, RX, etc...), you will loose function of your highbeams.
i cannot provide a price for this since prices for these constantly change. however, i can tell you that it is usually in the range of $125-$200. you have the option to buy the projectors and send them to me, if youwant me to source them for you, add $20 on top of the cost of the projectors. i will forward you proof of the price i get them for as to prove i am not ripping you off with this. *i recommend FX projectors as for their size and light ouput, and their cost.*
- $65 relay harness. only required if you choose bi-xenon. although a relay harness is recommende even for a low beam projector only, it is REQUIRED for bi-xenon projectors.

if any one is intrested in getting a 100% plug and play kit that they do not need to worry about buying any part/bulbs/wiring harness/ etc. i will make a package for $1200 that includes, the complete retrofitted headlights w/ fx projectors, OEM D2s bulbs, D2s ballasts, and a wiring harness....return shipping included. simply plug the harness into your car, and install the headlights. simplicity, but expensive. id recommend this option for anyone that is not electronically inclined.

i do not have paypal, bad luck with it in the past. i dont have an account with them anymore. i will accept cash/cahsiers check/money order only.
check out my profile on 8thcivic.com for reference. same username as Fitfreak. i am a stand up guy and will not rip people off.
this all might seem expensive, but as with any car mods, you gotta pay to play.
-ian

hmmm interesting...would you paint the headlights black too? I have a set of VBP headlights not doing anything...be willing to ship them over to ya to get them retrofitted if you can paint them black. Or will I need to supply my NHBP headlights?

yea. i thought you meant NHBP, but i could do flat black also. i could pretty much make the housing any color youd want. and if youd like the reflector painted as well, i could do that too.
