1. log in
2. you can see your account overview page.
3. go to left upper corner of that page. Select "Send money"
4. You should able to see this page.
5. Type in his paypal account (he will pm you this)
6. Remember to select CAD in Currency.
7. Select "Goods"


You can review payment details on the next page.




and then, on the next page.
8. type your screen name in FitFreak.net, your full name and address in the note box.
9. confirm and send money
10. check your email. =]
