what is this lip??

If you look on www.axis-jp.com or go to google and type in axis-jp. go in there site and look around there is a white honda fit with the type2 body kit I really really like. But my question is what is that rear lip it has on there its really neat. bigger then the mugen style one which is puni and ugly to me. can anyone figure whats the name of the rear lip on that site and how to get it and will it even fit the usdm FITS? I see nothing different but jdm rear bumper just has some little design on the bottom of the bumper. shouldn't make any difference.

hope someone can make that rear lip im talking about shit is hella nice y0
