Maintenance Minder weirdness
Before last oil change my minder was showing A12 for about a week, then one morning it just showed A1, then for a few days it would alternate between A1 and A12 every other startup.
When I finally brought it in for the oil change and A1 service(showing at the time) they checked the computer and found nothing about the A2 service.. nor would it show A12 again.
A2 is the air + cabin filter, is there a chance this particular maintenance item is triggered by a sensor somewhere?
has anyone had this happen before? what could cause it?

yeah that's what I thought, it's all just preprogrammed based mainly on distance driven.
no one at the honda dealership had any idea what it would act the way it did, and the chances of A2 coming up now are probably slim to none since the minder was reset during the last oil change to clear the A1/oil life.
I went ahead and changed the air filter anyway :P (cabin filter next after I tinker with the glove box for a bit.. can't believe they charge $112 for this service.. unless I really can't get to it easily)
