roofrack is the best option for extra storage on almost any car. Mine is a really old school version of the Yakima Rack Q-towers and it has outlasted the cars it has been on. I use it for snowboards mainly, but also have the bike attachments somewhere in the garage. With the big old school fairing I get ZERO wind noise. It's best to fold down the board holders when not in use to minimize drag to save on gas, but I only throw the racks on when I am gonna use them anyway, since it takes like 2 minutes to do.
