Gas Pedal Vibrations

Just got a 2008 Fit, got 200 miles on it. When drving it I have experienced a vibrations from the gas pedal, anyone else gone through this.

Is this a break in thing.

Its a fly by wire throttle I believe so your vibration is coming from the chassis unless your electronic has a sine wave. Check for something vibrating near thr sidewall at the hrottle.

I get the same, have around 6.5k on it now, been like that since day one. It's usually like that when the engine warms up and then goes away later, or maybe I just don't think about it anymore so I don't feel it.

The only vibrations I felt through my gas pedal is whenever the car is VTEC and thats typically very light. Do you feel vibration at certain RPMs or throttle positions?

Maybe I'm just noticing it because the car is so tiny and I'm literally a couple feet from the engine. I'll get used to it

Yeah its a light vibration, at first I was annoyed because my foot felt funny afterward, but I think I'll get used to it. I love my FIT anyhow

I get slight vibrations in the gas pedal as well. Sometimes when downshifting while coming to a stop, and as mentioned above, when VTEC kicks in while driving. They are both slight though, and have been present since I took delivery
