Anyone Pull and Reinstall "A" Pillar Yet?

I gotta remove all my Navigation and V1 cabling this week. I did not install it so I am concerned about removing and reinstalling the left "A" Pillar. Anyone pull it and reinstall and are there any concerns or tricks? It needs to look perfect since it goes to the dealer on my trade on Wednesday.
THANKS!

You may be able to get it out without removing the pillar. Unscrew the visor to loosen the headliner and reach in there for the wiring and see if it's positioned so you can just peel it out from under the pillar cover where the rubber trim goes.

So your saying:

Loosen the visor then disconnect all cables under the dash. IE: V1 Power connector etc. Then simply pull cables up and out? Sounds good, think it will work?

Not necessarily up and out per se (it might snag something) but pulling down the rubber trim under the a pillar will give you enough room to wiggle the wire out from there.

Don't Quite Understand

I will loosen the visor then the cables will be free to pull. Do I them carefully pull back on the base of the A pillar without popping it out? I really don't want to move it unless absolutely necessary since the car must go into trade Wednesday.
Thanks!!

Here's the rubber trim I was talking about and spot where you can manipulate the wire out:

Just push it back in when you're done, it basically just sandwiches in there.

Your A Good Man!

Thanks for taking the time to post the pic. You didn't have to do it but you helped a guy out!
THANKS!!!

BTW: Any f*ckin clue if the 2009 radio is used in any other Honda? I want to use a Sirius converter to convert the XM but it must be from another model Honda.
