The link you provided didn't work for me, so I'm not sure what kind of bike rack you're referring to. I have an inexpensive rack from Wal Mart that I used on my Subaru Impreza and recently had reason to see if it would work on my Fit Sport. It's one of those that has nylon lines that run from the rack to the top, side, and bottom of the hatch. There are hooks that fit around the hatch edge to hold the lines and then you adjust them tight. There was no way to fasten the hooks that went to the top of the hatch because of the spoiler. So what I did was take the hooks off the nylon lines. Then I ran the lines from the outside down through the crack at the top of the hatch to the inside of the car. I had to get inside and tighten those top lines and then close the hatch. Then put the hooks back on the ends of the lines and adjusted the hooks as close to the door opening as possible, just in case the pressure of the closed door wasn't enough to hold the lines tight. The lines did stay tight from the pressure of the closed hatch and this setup worked fine for me, but I was carrying less weight than 4 bikes.
