I'm 23 and in the USMC and go to college.
Thanks for serving. Your demographic question has me wondering if the Fit has a niche or stereotypical driver too. Hmmm...

I'm a 45 year old engineer and I work as a sales manager for a large German equipment manufacturer in the municipal water/wastewater industry.

I think people of all ages like the Fit. Ads might be aimed at younger folks, but...

Reminds me of the Scion "Box". When that little car came out, it was thought that younger people would be the buyers, but turned out to be the opposite. You can make a nice ride out of the Scion, but it is also very practical, like the Fit.

The new "mini SUV's" are going to be a big hit for the same reasons.

Great pic!
When I was a kid I was a real geek for WWII battleships, especially the Iowa class (I built the models)

I'm 57 now, and that pic made my day. I'm in warehouse management and I drive a 2007 Fit Sport 5MT. Still a kid at heart, I play in local slowpitch softball leagues 3 nights/week and compete in Senior tournaments around the country in the 55+ age division. Softball has put a big chunk of the 104k miles on my Fit.

In the pic of the Iowa there appear to be wake-waves to the left of the bow. is that the result of recoil from those 16" guns actually pushing that huge ship?

Definitely not. Those big boys do not move sideways during a broadside. You would feel it but the ship is far too massive to be pushed sideways.

This thread makes an interesting read!

I'm 28, going into my 4th year of Computer Engineering at the University of Manitoba. I'm highly involved in the school's SAE Formula Electric team, where we design and build an all-electric race car. Normally the goal is to partake in a competition in Lincoln, Nebraska, but we had some bad luck this year and were not able to attend

Currently working as a web application developer for the feds over the summer.
