I have bought some "Non - US" market accessories through College Hills and these guys are OK!
They'll also put the PDF versions of installation instructions online for anyone to view! It helps to decide if you're going to do the install yourself.

They have them per specific vehicle - I have the backup mirror NEVER sold by NA Honda on my CRV and it is too cool
