window tint and steel wheels

I would like to get all the windows behind the driver/passenger windows tinted dark. What is the best way to get windows tinted, is that plastic foil the best? Would you ask the dealer to get it done or go to a shop somewhere?

When I was in Germany last winter, there were lots of cars on the autobahn with no hubcaps and just stock steel wheels. I thought it looked pretty industro cool. Is this a style or is it just German snow tires? I might try it out if I get a Fit and see if it looks cool.

corey415 will become famous soon enough
Get your windows tinted by a professional shop that guarantees their work. If you cheap out your tint will bubble and look horrible in a few years.

Window tint

I've heard of a tint called solar gard which guarantees its tint for life. an you can get it redone at any authorized solar gard dealer if the tint bubbles or fades or whatver. use ww.solargard.com to find a dealer nearby yourself

Six of my cars have been tinted with Llumar Platnium Plus 20%. My Fit will be continuing the tradition.

Might of been snow tires, if you buy the basic Fit, just remove the wheel covers to obtain the same look.

Steel wheels - in the UK if the Fuzz have a car with Plastic caps they have to remove them as one came off during a chase and injured someone. nothing to do with looking cool !
