I'm 31.
I haven't see even one other 2015 Fit around here, but the older Fits I see are driven mostly by older people - men and women.

This thread was started over four years ago!

Chronologically, I'm 70, but I think of myself as being 37. I still get asked for ID when I buy beer - not really.

My son is 38.

I am 46ish (when you have to do math to figure out your age, you kinda stop worrying about it.

Are we putting down our whole car history here or just the fun stuff?

Four of my first five cars were $500 '77-79 Civics with the 1200cc non-CVCC engines. Stupid simple cars, relatively fun, at least until about 1990 when the supply of parts dried up and you couldn't keep them on the road anymore.

In the middle of those I bought a 1971 MGB roadster in 1987. Pile of junk but I still have it.

1994 I bought my first nice car, a 1987 CRX Si
1996 I bought a 1992 Mazda MX3 GS

Got married in 2002 and went through a string of (yawn) sedans and SUVs.

2004 bought new Hyundai Tiburon GTV6 Special Edition in YELLOW
2007 bought 1996 Miata
Spring 2008 bought 1999 Miata for the wife
Summer 2008 96 Miata crashed, wife gave me 99 Miata
Summer 2008 bought 1990 Miata
Fall 2008 bought 2005 Mazdaspeed Miata (wife's)
Summer 2009 bought 1993 Miata (wife's)
Spring 2010 bought new Mazda3 5 door
Summer 2012 bought 88 CRX Si
Winter 2014 bought 02 Civic Si
Summer 2014 bought 08 FIT

I bet I'm forgetting something. Definitely left out a handful of sedan/SUVs because they would put readers to sleep.

Current fleet (copied from my newbie intro post)

This was an awful long post to just say that I'm 46ish.

I had been "doing the math" for several years, when out of the blue I made a mistake once at birthday time----and got the idea in my head that I was a year older than I really was. By the time I got it all straightened out, I had a bunch of friends that were asking me, "Weren't you that old last year?"

58 and on our second Fit. First was '08 Milano Red purchased new. Current is Passion Berry Pearl, 2015. The new Fit is for my daughter while she is going to College. Technically it is hers, so really I can't claim ownership. The '08 was mine however. Love the car.

I'm 21, and this is now my second Honda (drove a 00 CR-V in high school that was technically my parent's car). My other two cars were a 98 Sebring convertible (sold when it started overheating in the winter) and a 02 Mazda Protege5 (still have and love, using for delivering pizza).

I'm 68, and I drove (and maintained) '67 or '68 Volvos before this fall. Nearly everything on my Fit LX is new to me. Feels great, but a bit like returning to Earth after 40 years on a distant planet.

I've noticed skimming through that there are a lot of fellow former Corolla owners. I can't remember if I posted in this thread before, so:

I'm 30. I used to be a GM guy, until I realized I don't have to buy what my dad buys, and since then, I've been kind of testing and driving all kinds of different cars. Haven't owned a ton of them, but I like to take test drives once in a while. My previously owned list:

2004 Pontiac Sunfire sedan (Canada only car)
1988 Beretta GT (blown engine, not the good kind)
1991 Cavalier station wagon (the car that will not die, lots of OEM junk yard upgrades from Z24 cars)
1994 Cavalier sedan (V6 RS, and a hell of a sleeper)
2007 Toyota Corolla (first new car, first car to mod with off the shelf parts)
1992 Cavalier Z24 (V6, project car. Body rotted to death and got dragged away)
1994 Ford Ranger (the wife's truck. I do all the work on it, and all the mods. So far just some spray paint and my usual shaved badge look where ford didn't drill holes to line up emblems).

59. I lived in Manhattan, so my red EX GK is my first new car and my first car in 35 years. I owned a 1963 Valiant convertible, a Fiat 128 SL, and a Hornet Sportabout in the years 1971-1978.
