Disengage lock/unlock beep? and alarm question.

Brand new Fit owner. Is there anyway to disengage the beep I get when locking or unlocking the doors?

Also, in the 3 days I've had it I've set the alarm off 3 times all while sitting in the car for awhile then opening the door. Can't believe I'm asking this but what's the best way to get out of the car after I've been sitting in it for a while. I'm guessing it's the whole automatic lock thing that's causing a problem.

Do you have the 2015 EX or LX? If you have the EX and the Smart Key, when you're sitting in the car is the Smart Key with you? If it's not with you but the doors are locked, the system doesn't know you're in the car. All it knows is someone without the key fob is trying to open a locked door using the inside handle, which will set off the alarm.
