Common name might be "Glass run channel seal"

In our US parts catalog it's called: CHANNEL, (L.or R.) FR. DOOR RUN

Euro/UK parts catalog link, I don't know if it will cover your particular car (sorry no Japan catalog link)
Genuine Honda Parts | Honda Cars | Honda Motorcycles | Honda Power Products | Lings Honda Car Parts

Once it is all wrinkled, it may not straighten out very well.
You can pull that section out of the corner and see if you can work it, then reinstall, but it may not help much. You may need to remove the door panel to reach the lower sections of the glass run channel to re-seat and reposition the rubber seal into the tracks.
