I posted a similar question on another thread with no response. I would just like to know if a headrest for the 2003-2007 Accord will fit the 2009 Fit Sport to solve the problem some of us are having with the forward facing later model headrest. (2007?) I have called several dealers and they were of no help. If so, I will order one online. Thanks.

 

Can you remove and turn your headrests around??? I can rotate the rests 180* on my '15, and it is a lot more comfortable without the headrest jutting into the back of your head, and retains height adjustability....dunno if it puts you at increased risk of whiplash in event of collision, but....I don't recall reading in the owner's manual saying that this should not be done....otherwise, why would both rods be notched when it only catches on one side? Just a suggestion, try at your risk, etc...
