Send a Friend to buy my condo, get 1000$
Hey Guys... in case you havn't noticed the housing market sucks balls lately.

So if you know anybody, and I mean anybody that is looking for a downtown condo send them my way; I have had to reduce my price again (asking is now 366,888$) to stay competitive.

This totally sucks, I am trying to coordinate a move into a house and everything is hung up on trying to find a buyer.

Basically I am resorting to word of mouth to help me out now. If you reccomend my condo to a friend who in turn buys my place... I will drop 1000$ cold hard cash in your hands irregardless of anything to do with the sale.

Man that sucks...I can't believe it's still for sale...Let's see how the market reacts in the next month. Sales usually go up in Feb!

Sure hope so, but with the amount of people I know getting laid off just this week alone I am a bit worried people are are not going to be looking right now.

sigh, no house means no garage... no garage means no second car, no second car means I will be sitting on the sidelines this year I picked up a whole new set of tools, a creeper and jacks too, all sitting in boxes waiting for a garage.
