Oh yeah, there are lots of Fits rolling around the city now! I see at least 2-3 every time I go down to Market Mall to pick up my g/f!! LOL you can always find some spare change to mod your Fit! What is your daughter taking at the U of C?

BComm: Finance. She's going to be an investment banker. Maybe she can help with my mods when she completes her degree?! ;-)

Yes, it is very beutiful We've been here for 13 years now (was in CGY for 2 years before that - Signal Hill & Coach Hill - boy it's growing in that area!) But honestly, now that my daughter has moved out, we have no "reason" to live here per se. We don't ski or hike or bike nearly as much as we used to. Looking at Cochrane for a better value, and closer to CGY where she now lives. My job is not dependant on where I live - I could even move to Phoenix or Vegas for that matter. Housing prices are sure bottoming out down there! But I'd have to get a Fit with A/C...

I don't mind winter, but after 46 of them, I would like to spend the majority of the year *above* the freezing mark instead of the other way around. Of course, San Diego is beautiful too (can you say 'beach'?), but not as many housing deals as AZ or NV. Cabo San Lucas would be ideal (355 sunny days per year!), but that probably won't happen for at least 10 years...LOL!

Welcome to the forum and I am glad to see you are enjoying your Fit as much as we all are.

My folks have a house in the three sisters so I`m quite familiar with Canmore.

Maybe we should all look at doing a full day cruise before the summer ends

I have had my Fit since September 2006 (3 month wait) and love every minute I spend in it, while my wife hates it. LOL She prefers her Mazda Tribute.

I'm heading to San Diego tomorrow for a 3-day get-away, and I hope she doesn't get too upset when I try and do a little "Fit Spotting". It's always nice to see what Fit owners are up to in SoCal. It's amazing how mods can transform this vehicle!

Sure are seeing a whole lot more Fits on the road in the past few months, eh?!

Take care.
Welcome! Almost could've spotted an Alberta platted Fit! I'm nearing the tail end of my road trip.. I've driven from Calgary, to Salt Lake, to Vegas, to LA, to Disneyland, to San Diego, and now i'm currently in San Francisco!

It's been HOT!

No, I shouldn't be charged for anything. They are looking into getting around customs right now as well.
