Anyone had their B1 Maintenance yet?

Hi Everybody:
I had my first B1 Maintenance done a month ago. I don't know, but my car is worse than before. The brakes feel non-existent. Like the car doesn't seem to stop whereas before, you just lightly tap on the brakes and it'd stop. Also, the steering is harder. Before, it felt like power steering, now, I really have to crank it. Also, they said they rotated the tires, but I doubt it. I took it to Kingsway Honda where I bought the car. Has anybody gone there? I wish I had never let them go ahead. Are there any ramifications if you don't do the scheduled maintenance? Thank you.

Check your tire pressure in regards to the power steering, and make sure they are set to the correct levels. Also during a B1 service they do inspect the brake pads, and top up fluids. they may have messed up either the pads or the brake fluid level.

I would recommend bringing it back in and telling them exactely what you told us. You came in for B1 service and noticed the following issues!

Oh and I had my first b1 service at kingsway honda as well, no real problems but I think they scratched my hood.

If you don't do the recommended scheduled maintenance and something happens down the line, Honda may be able to void certain parts of your warenty. You don't need to get honda service, but you need to keep the receipts from other places for the oil changes etc to prove you did regular maintenance on the vehicle.

i had my b1 done and everything was good, they adjusted the brakes and now my pedal feels like it did when new. my only issue is that i got two nails in my tires and had to have them repaired, nothing like coming out of the house to go to work and have a flat

How much did you guys pay for your B1 service?

Ours is ready for B1 and am wondering what other dealers are charging for what is basically an oil change and tire rotation.

My honda dealership just quotes me a price of $115 + tax for B1 service. Going to call around and see what the price difference is elsewhere.
