Lets organize an Official Meet and Greet. I am sure you all are pretty fed up with BBQ or BBT meets, so lets make this a Potluck.
I can't think of a better place than Spanish Bank. Reason is:
1) Good view
2) Lots of open space for activities
3) Tables for food
4) Easy to find parking
I suggest JULY 5th 2009 @ 1300 (1PM) so those who are far will have enough time to sleep in and STILL able to make it (No Excuse).
I would encourage all new fitfreak members and any lurkers out there to join us. I cant promise you all that its going to be a very good meet, but if there is no one showing up, its DEFINATELY going to be a BAD meet.
Bring your family and friends~ you dun need a Fit to attend. Show some support =D

btw: I hate meets where we just sit there and talk... This is a car club.. Let's do something car related !!! I'd say we go drive or group mechanic day where ppl bring their shi*t and we install it together !

Ah...Boyz...Chill... After reading Felixy's post, I don't think he was dissing your car at all. He just prefer to have meeting that is Fit related. Perhaps we can have meetings where experience people like you can help other new fitters to install HIDs / blubs / fog light mod / leds... or even something like we can clean / shine / wax our fits together and then go cruising. I think that would be cool. On the other hand, like you said, I think it is also very important that the meetings will "provide a channel between fit owners with other fit owners to share experiences and make friends along the way." Thus, sometime bbt, bbq, lunch or dinner are awesome too. Just my 2 cents~!

Sounds like a Breakfast meet... I'm down~ and I like Eric's idea of car wash and things like that. I'm sure iVTEC's fit will need a good wash after driving from Ft. St. John. Besides, I may have some goodies for his car too =P The only problem is... we need a parkade big enough for our cars, and we dun even have the numbers yet.
Anyway, you don't need new gadgets or parts in order to show up for the the meet... all you need is a friendly attitude.

my white spot has a large enough parking lot
we always have the audi a4 guys meet at our lot and have dinner
and yes Beng i can get everyone friends and family discount
as long as you are all seated at the same table
i work from 10*30am to 2*30pm
so if u guys wanna do a pre meet there then by all means feel free
