aside from gas milage ..is this another reason not to buy a 09 fit ?

if you drive a fit, your dying rate is 80%
if you drive an accord, your dying rate is 50%
what would you choose ?

Did you see all of those airbags deploy? Right now in the 87 Civic I have...no airbags and I only have my seatbelt. In the 2000 Civic EX I only have drivers and passenger airbags. Thankgod that I've never had a serious accident (and the one that I was in was not my fault, and no serious damage). I think I will take my chances on the 2009 Honda Fit, but that's just me. If I don't survive a head-on crash...then it wasn't meant to be. Remember that in the real world (not a controlled environment...) all sorts of crazy stuff happens during an accident. I know several people that survived serious accidents purely because they weren't wearing seat belts...go figure. I myself can't drive without my seatbelt on.... So each time we get in a car (any car) we put our lives at risk whether we do everything we are supposed to or not. Just a thought.
