Thumbs down Burns Honda - Marlton, NJ

3 to 4 months ago I was searching a Fit, so I gave the guy a deposit to do a vehicle search. During the whole time, I had to keep calling their sales rep constantly to check if he had found anything. Shouldn't it be the other way around I thought? The guy called me back a month later saying he could not find one and said he would give me a refund. A month later I received my bank statement, no refund from them. So I called him again, he said he would re-submit the refund request. Another month went by still nothing. So 2 to 3 months later, I still didn't get a refund back. Just left a message for the sales rep and a sales manager to call me back. Will see what happen. I can't imagine buying a new car from these people when they couldn't handle a simple transaction.

Decided to go down in person to talk with the sales guy, he left already but a guy at the front desk refunded my deposit in like 5 minutes. What could have been done in 5 minutes took 2 months for a sales person to do (and never got done). He never returned my call today either. If you're looking for a car there, don't buy from a guy named Robert Bigelow. He will keep you waiting and not returning your calls after he got your money.

Thumbs down Burns Honda

I purchased my Honda fit at Burns Honda In Marlton New Jersey. I thought that it was a great expericence until yesterday. I purchased their special package for $895 that included All season mats, Cargo Tray, wheel Locks and Pinstripping that they did not do because they were busy. I called my Sales guy and asked if I can exchange the pinstripe for a cargo organizer and he said that should not be a problem, well last night he told me they could not do that because they would lose money. Too make a long story short I found I could of purchased this so call excellent deal myself for under $300. I sent a complaint to the BBB to see what can be done.

I ended up getting mine at Turnersville Honda cause the guys at Burns didn't even know how they could get me one. I ended up waiting 4 1/2 months, but oh well I got it and I got floor mats, rear cargo tray, and wheels locks included.

I drive a Black one and I work in Cherry Hill/Marlton, can you find me?!

I know where a silver one lives and an orange one works at and I've seen a blue on twice but never another black one.
