Summer hike in prices?

is it me or did the prices of Fits go up this summer? its like before summer i would find Fit Sports listed at $15k, now its like $16-17k. I was about to buy my Fit Sport this summer too. Im thinking about wating for the 2008 Fit now. You think it might be worth it? maybe they'll add little things like an actual GAS CAP LOCK or dead pedal. Opinions?

p.s. sorry if i posted in the wrong thread, my first post...

Probably just the dealers way of shafting more money from folks because in the summer due to vacations and travelling, gas prices will go up, hence the appeal of a good mpg car also goes up. (aka price shafting) Just buy at the end of the moneth when sales quotas are due and sales folks are more willing to deal. Good luck.

Yeah - or wait for 3 years.

I bought mine today for 17 uhg. And it was used (5k miles from Honda corp owned) . I think at this point I'm not going to drivel about it but enjoy my car.

I think I am going to wait till the 08's come out and find someone that is upgrading to the 08's and saleing there 07. I figure i can find my Sport for around 14-15K instead of 17ish.
