Thumbs down Bayridge Honda in Brooklyn NY

I used to like their service alot and trusted them until I brought my Fit in last week to have a tire replace and have them check on my car for damages after I hit a pothole and blew my front passenager tire.

I told them what happened and specifically asked them to check for brake, suspension and alignment other than replacing my tire. (I know I can get a much better deal elsewhere on tire, but due to safety concern for my pregnant wife and myself, I opted to get it replaced sooner by the dealer) The diagnosis fee was $95 and the price for the standard tire for my Fit Sport is a whopping $130. I dropped off my car at the dealer and gone to work in the morning. They called me back toward the end of the day and told me the work is done and the car is fine.

The car's alignment was horrible after I got it back from the dealer and noise was coming out from that same wheel. So I checked my car back in again. Turned out the rim with the blew tire was bent and the brake roter was out of round. They also replaced the front brakepad since they said it was low. They charged me $240-ish for replacing the pads and cutting the roter, which the pads cost $70-ish. They also charged me $47 for cleaning and adjusting the rear drum brake.

Upon getting my car back I questioned them how on earth was I charged for a $95 diagnosis fee in the first place and they couldn't find a thing wrong. The service advisor started looking into the computer record and insist there wasn't a diagnosis requested. I questioned how could they charge me $95 to just replace a tire. He then told me they charge on labor for replacing a tire and they ended up crediting me back $50.

I don't even need to tell you guys as you could have imagined how frustrated I am and my opinion toward this dealership. I think the facts speak for themselves.

Update:
Since I was told by Bayridge Honda that both my front rims were bent and they rotated them to the back, I went to a local tire shop to have both of those rims balanced to see how bad the damages were. The my wheels was tested with the Hunter spin balancer and to my surprise they both weren't bent. The owner of the shop went through the test with me on his side and exampled to them how the balancer works. He told me the result showed both of the rims were in good shape but had to be re-balanced.
