I have not yet purchased a car from them, but both my parents have (2001 Civic, 2013 Civic), and have been consistently well pleased with the service they have received. I expect I will get a 2015 Fit from them this fall or winter.

I am also considering the Mitsubishi Mirage, which is much less expensive. The dealer isn't nearly as good, though, so that might tip the scales in favour of Honda.
