I just ask the guy who sold me the car or the service tech. All they do is run it through its not like they wipe it off and shine the wheels. It's just good customer service.

I'm putting the exhaust on myself. Doesn't seem too hard.

I just now saw that this thread existed. I've had my BBP fit since October '07 and have seen a few others around. We're fewer in number than the Silvers and Reds, but not that rare

Be on the look out for me:

I'm really enjoying it, it can be quiet if you want it to be, or you can step on it and it gives a real nice sound/volume.

No mods here. I'm pretty happy with it just as it is. I got my BBP MT on Nov. 2 07 and thought I was first. Guess not! Any chips in the front end and hood yet? They're hard to avoid.

A cruel fact of life. If you enjoy the car (drive it) then chips will occur. I don't think the BBPs chip any more than any other color we just see the chips a LOT easier. Google for a product called Langka chip repair.
LANGKA How to Repair Paint Chips and Scratches
Their site will also discuss repairing chips in metallics and pearlescent paints like ours. The product helps minimize chip repairs. BBP owners better get used to repairing the chips or pay $6-800 for a clear bra or just live with the chips.

Hi there, just got our Silver Storm Sport automatic Fit on the June 21st. We are Northlanders but bought our Fit at Independence Honda. We also bought a cargo mat, but have yet to see that come in yet. I may cancel the order and buy online, seems cheaper, I just don't know what store is reputable online for car accessories. I see one called leeparts.com. Does anyone have experience with them? I can't seem to find a review on them.
Also, does anyone have any experience with audio shops here in town that do good work? Not sure we want to do any audio mods to this car since I don't want to lose any of the functionality, but I do miss the bass in my last car from the sub.

Santa Fe Autosound is very well respected in KC but pricey.

You just have to show up with your Honda. I bought mine at Lees Summit Honda. However they did tell me that you get the free carwashes from the dealership you bought the car from.
