Took a while, but got here on tuesday, =D
Awesome....
WIsh I was in the area to accept the package myself.
Now I just need to find the correct bolts to use instead of the ones that come with the progress kit itself.
Just can't seem to find the thread with the information about the types of bolts to use.

Upgraded Hardware Kit for Progress Rear Sway Bar
I was looking around and located this, do you sell this product?
and also, my kit is missing the decals, both the progress and the performance one for your site.... mine has no decals...
see pic:

I'll wander around the forums some more to find where people got the bolts.

Anthony-
If you have stock springs, the provided Progress bolts will work fine. If you have changed your springs to after market, Panducky sells a low profile head bolt kit for the Progress bar.

no rubbing at all?
I'll get this done as soon as I pick the trailer hitch... debating getting the Hidden Hitch you got, or the Curt hitch which seems to have more bolt on points and removal of the skid plate.

I have not seen the bolts anywhere else, but you may be able to source a bolt the same size with a tapered head that takes an allen wrench to tighten it. You would want a hard bolt like a Grade 5 or Grade 8.
I hope this helps.
Fit Rear Sway bars and Progress lowering springs in stock!

You can go to any local hardware store to pick the bolt like panducky.
