this is a good deal on the ssr type-f. there's no eta yet on when ssr will begin production of their first batch of the gold ones in 15inch diameter (or at least to my knowledge). also, just wanted to point out that the pics people have posted in this thread are of the 17inch and up diameters (12-spoke version). the 15 and 16 inch type-f wheels come with 10 spokes. you can see pics of the 10-spoke version if you look at ssr's website under the "hybrid energy selection" section. that information was not available when i was looking for these wheels, but they've clarified it a little better in their site now.

oh well no bronze type-f wheels. there is bronze for the 2 wheels he posted under the type-f though, the type-c. maybe it's just by accident he posted the type-c in here?

no i think the group buy was for the type c too.

i would LOVE some bronze type c's. they are pretty much impossible to find anywhere else.

Bronze can be had on the Type Fs, and i have seen it personally on a set of 18 inch Type Fs. I think there is extra cost per wheel for bronze or a diff. finish. But i need to double check.

I know a guy that works at SSR and can forward any questions that anyone has.
