ehhhh i guess you can kinda say it is like the skunk2. it is like all other adapters on the market. goes over the end of the shifter lever to extend it which decreases travel length necessary to go into gear.

as for price it will definitely be cheaper than other short shifter adapters on the market.

as for availability im not sure, prob wont start getting these out until i get my mill next month

it is possible that the short shift adapter could work with a short shifter unit but it would have to be tested on each individual one first. it is possible that with the two together it may not mate up to the shifter cable due to such increased length but once again it would have to be tested.

taller shifter base bushings could however be made to slightly raise the shift assembly to alleviate that issue.

anyone interested in some shifter extenders? what length would you guys prefer? give me some input into that as it will be another product that i have coming hopefully within the next month.

Gotta pick up some metal stock and then I can start working on my lathe to make them.

Should hopefully have some sets to go with in a week or so

no not yet, my work schedule hasnt given me any time to do any metalwork but hopefully i will get to be able to work on these within the next couple weeks.
