Closing out the week with a flurry of activity. Most orders in by noon today have shipped! Have an order in transit? Keep the following in mind.

Domestic: orders are available shipped
• Express Mail (1-2 days in transit - Delivered 6 days a week!)
• Priority Mail (2-3 days in transit)
• First Class Parcel (fog light protection kit orders only) (6-9 Days for delivery)

USPS has been erroneously quoting First class parcel delivery time in a few days though it will take about a week. This has caused some confusion and USPS is working out some systems issues as I was told.

When placing your order please verify your shipping address before submitting the order, or in the order verification email we will automatically send you once your order is placed. We seem to have been getting a steady stream of incorrect or incomplete addresses which causes the order to be placed on hold while we await an email reply. If you do not get an email confirmation within a few minutes of placing the order please check your junk or spam folder as the email may have been misdirected there.

USPS Rate Increase

USPS will be increasing its shipping fees on Sunday May 31, 2015. Our shipping rates are based on USPS rates and will be increasing on May 31st as well.

Price increase summary from USPS:

Domestic USA
First Class Packages +~5.1%
Priority Mail – no changes
Priority Mail Express – no changes

International
First Class Package International +~7.2%
Priority Mail International +~6.8%
Priority Mail Express International +~6.7%

For orders placed before Sunday May 31, 2015 rates will be at the current rates. Orders placed after USPS activates rates (presumably at 12:00AM May 31, 2015 EDT – but could not verify implementation time with USPS) will be calculated at the increased rates.

First off apologies for all those who tried to reach our site in the last 2 days. Our host and cart provider (Network Solutions) had a series of major internal issues that prevented our site from being up and functional. The site was down for several hours yesterday and most of the day today… The issues (hopefully) have been resolved and the site seems to be performing as it should.

With the site downtime we are now 100% caught up on orders (all orders in my 3PM today) have been shipped. We will be closed for a long weekend and will be back shipping orders on Monday. On to the planned announcement!
