Opportunities will vary. Start here-

Some dealerships get thumbs up some thumbs down.
Most dealers in big cities are very busy, markup the FIT way beyond MSRP and offer long waittimes or really really markup alot of profit and have some FITs to sell to those who cannot wait. $1000 to $5000 over MSRP is common.
Some dealers will sell at MSRP through most of the country so start calling around within 200 miles from where you live in any direction. Searching the internet can work based on surrounding states or if you are a costco member you can find which nearby dealer works with Costco's car buying program. The prices can vary from MSRP to $2000 over. Depends on what area you live in.
Wait times can vary from getting a FIT on the lot today to a realistic 5 to 20 week wait. Depends on colors, model and transmission you want and what the dealer gets in stock. Used FITs are selling nearly as much as new ones and sometimes over MSRP.
Many dealers add other add ons and options to all their cars. Take it or leave it. Some dealers will negotiate but most will not. Demand is too high.
The most common FIT in dealerships is the FIT Sport with automatic transmission. Comes in a range of colors. The most popular are white, silver or light colors. Red blue and black a bit less demand. Probably the lowest in supply would be a base FIT with manual transmission.
Good luck.
