Man Kyle, you have really progressed! I really like your lighting and how your pictures come out. Keep up the good work!
And are you still using the D40? Or have you moved up already?

2nd day using the camera. Sort of getting used to it. Love my SB600. Heres some of the better pictures ive taken today.
Dog is the only thing I can take pictures of in my house right now
Random picture of a coworker, thought it looked funny but I kind of liked how it came out. A tiny bit over exposed.
Im off tomorrow so im going to wash the car and drive around town trying to find nice spots to take pictures. Ill post the good ones

I owned the Sigma 10-20 for a bit, it's a very nice lens though it's a bit on the rough side to use indoors unless you've got one of the newest cameras that handle higher ISO better.

I would actually recommend this one
Tokina | 12-24mm f/4 AT-X 124AF Pro DX II | ATX124DXIIN | B&H
First this can support your Nikon D60 Second it had fix aperture at f/4 throughout all Focus zoom.
I know it little more but it worth the investment.
I would first get conformable with shooting and learn all setting and figure what you really as for lens before spend the extra money on lens. Because this can very pricey in the end.
